For example, most of the theme parks in Florida are fairly centralised and while there are plenty of hotels, a holiday home for a week gives just as good access without being trapped in the theme park even while trying to relax in the evening. After that week at the theme parks, securing a different holiday home in a different part of Florida is just as easy as securing a hotel room. However, if the desire is to spend a week relaxing and being on the beach, nothing can top the beach access, view and ability to relax like a holiday beach house. There are hotels on the beach and some may try to compete, but there is nothing like walking down a set of steps right onto the beach.
